Training Programs

All training programs are subject to availability and minimum enrollment requirements. We reserve the right to modify program schedules, content, or instructors as necessary. Students must meet age and eligibility requirements for specific programs.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment requires full payment or approved payment plan arrangements. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Students are responsible for any additional costs such as FAA examination fees, equipment, or certification renewals.

Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Attend scheduled training sessions or notify us of absences
• Follow all safety protocols and instructor directions
• Respect academy equipment and facilities
• Maintain appropriate conduct and professionalism
• Complete required coursework and assessments

Certification and Completion

Successful completion of training programs requires meeting all attendance, performance, and assessment requirements. Certificates are awarded upon successful completion and do not guarantee FAA certification or employment.

Liability and Insurance

Students participate in training activities at their own risk. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, but students are responsible for their personal safety and any damage caused by negligence or misconduct. Students may be required to sign liability waivers.

Intellectual Property

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violation of these terms, unsafe behavior, or non-payment. Terminated students are not entitled to refunds.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Refund Policy

General Policy

SkyMaster Academy offers limited refund options as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administration office.

Full Refund (100%)

Full refunds are available if:

• Request is made within 7 days of enrollment and before the program start date
• The academy cancels or significantly changes the program
• Minimum enrollment is not met and the program is cancelled

Partial Refund (50%)

Partial refunds may be available if:

• Request is made at least 14 days before the program start date
• Student withdraws before completing 25% of the program due to documented emergency

No Refund

Refunds are not available:

• After the student has completed 25% or more of the program
• For students dismissed for misconduct or policy violations
• For missed classes or sessions not attended by the student
• For failure to pass assessments or FAA examinations
• For payment plan fees or administrative charges

Program Transfers

Students may request to transfer to a different program session within 6 months of original enrollment, subject to availability and a transfer fee. Only one transfer is permitted per enrollment.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Equipment and Materials

Course materials and equipment provided to students are not refundable and must be returned in good condition for any refund consideration.

FAA Examination Fees

FAA examination fees paid to third parties are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Special Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the academy's discretion.
